The Align & Embrace website, Clinicians for Connections, and the Transforming Burnout Into Renewal (TBIR) program and related offerings (collectively, the "Services") are operated by QueAlignment, LLC, d.b.a. Align & Embrace: Clinicians for Connections ("Align & Embrace," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, enrolling in a program, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in or using our Services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website; your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility
Our Services are intended solely for adults and are not directed toward or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and, where relevant, that you hold or are pursuing the professional credentials appropriate to the program you are enrolling in. We do not knowingly collect information from or permit enrollment by anyone under 18. Our Services are designed for licensed and practicing healthcare clinicians and related professionals; they are not intended for the general public seeking clinical treatment.
Not Medical or Clinical Advice; No Clinician Relationship Created
TBIR is a professional development and educational program. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, clinical supervision, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed provider. Nothing in our Services creates a clinician-client, therapist-client, or supervisory relationship between you and Align & Embrace, Raquel Neal, Dr. Cara Alexander, or any facilitator. Our Services are not intended for emergency response, crisis intervention, or urgent mental-health support. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or a situation requiring immediate professional intervention, please contact appropriate emergency responders or a licensed provider directly.
Program Enrollment, Access & Cancellations
Access to program content, live sessions, office hours, and bonus tools (including Virtual Mind, where offered) is granted for the duration of your active enrollment as described at the time of purchase. Virtual Mind access, as a program bonus, continues for 30 days following the conclusion of your cohort, after which access ends unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. [Default assumption — confirm this window matches your intended bonus structure, or adjust.] Refund Policy: If, after completing all program activities and attending all live coaching sessions and office hours offered during your cohort, you feel the program has not created a meaningful shift for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information below and will be reviewed against program completion and attendance records. Refunds are not available for partial completion or non-attendance.
Intellectual Property
The IGNITE Framework, the RPR Method, the C³ Engagement Framework, the Four Pillars (Authentic Presence, Dialogic Engagement, Purpose Alignment, Systemic Integration), the Five Journey Stages, and all related curriculum, workbooks, assessments, and program materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Align & Embrace and QueAlignment, LLC. You may use these materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, teach, or otherwise exploit any portion of our frameworks, curriculum, or program materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
AI-Supported Tools (Virtual Mind)
Where offered as a program bonus, Virtual Mind is an AI-supported coaching tool hosted through a third-party platform (Delphi.ai). It is an evolving technology and may not always provide complete, accurate, or contextually appropriate responses. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial information through Virtual Mind, and should not treat information shared through it as protected by any professional privilege. We provide access to Virtual Mind and other optional third-party tools "as is" and without warranty, and we have no liability for your use of them.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Align & Embrace helps clinicians build clarity, tools, and pathways toward personal, professional, and financial prosperity. Individual results depend on your effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, career outcome, or professional result from participating in our Services, and any testimonials or case studies shared reflect individual experiences that may not be typical.
User Comments, Submissions & Community Conduct
If you submit reflections, comments, feedback, or other materials to us or within a cohort community, you agree that we may use them (in de-identified or aggregate form, unless you consent otherwise) to improve our Services, provided we do so consistent with our Privacy Policy. Within cohort discussions, live sessions, or shared community spaces, you agree to treat fellow participants' shared experiences as confidential and not to disclose them outside the program, consistent with the psychological safety expectations described in our program materials.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services: for any unlawful purpose; to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; or to interfere with the security or operation of our Services. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating these Terms.
Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Services may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (such as The Coach Resort, Go High Level, Squarespace, Skool, JotForm, Zoom, or Delphi.ai) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueAlignment, LLC, dba: Align & Embrace, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, QueAlignment, LLC, dba: Align & Embrace and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before pursuing formal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party directly and allowing 30 days for good-faith resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona (or remotely, by mutual agreement). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only; neither party may bring a claim as a class action, collective action, or in a representative capacity.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date these Terms were last revised will appear at the top of this page..
