Align and Embrace Resource Network is open to new members by referral from an existing network member or by submitting a request to join the network at the link below.  The network is comprised of culturally informed helping professionals from multiple disciplines that support wellness for children and families.  

Helping professionals that join the network will have their services listed in the Align and Embrace mobile application. The App is accessed by parents, young adults and families seeking resources and wellness support.  Members will create a listing that outlines services that address wellness for children and families. The application platform is interactive hosting videos, blogs, resources and external website links.
